Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order.

Processing time: orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: once shipped, estimated delivery is 6–10 business days depending on your location. Public holidays, customs checks or carrier delays may occasionally extend this window.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan. You can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.

Address changes: if you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped we can no longer change the address.

Lost or damaged parcels: if your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us within 7 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date and we'll send a replacement or refund.
