Refund policy

We want your cat to love SpinnyMew as much as ours do. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Order lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days after shipping, let us know and we'll replace the order or refund you.

Change of mind: unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order has usually already been packed and can't be cancelled.
